Join CCI in St Augustine, FL

December in St Augustine, FL is an incredible treat! Join us in the oldest city in Florida for a week of fun. From Nov to Jan the historic city is adorned with more than 3 million lights called the Nights of Lights. We will take a ride on the trolley through this historic town while wearing magic glasses and singing Christmas Carols. We will be staying at the Ocean Grove RV Resort at St Augustine Beach.
There are so many things to see in the area, we are working on a great schedule. We will update as we get the schedule worked out. Registration is limited to 30 coaches.
Activities are being planned for the week. As always there will be food and fellowship, tech talks and more!
Important Campground Fee is included in your rally fees!
The total for camping fees for the week for full hook ups is $678. Your Rally Fee is $150.00 per member, $200 per non-member. Your rally fee includes tour fees and some meals. There will be time for exploring other area attractions. You will be paying both Camping and Rally fees when you register. DO NOT call the campground for reservations. The club is taking the reservations and dealing with the park.
Cancellation policy for the campground:
Cancel from 0 to 14 days of arrival forfeit of deposit (one night stay $87.27).
Cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival there is a $40 cancellation fee (balance of deposit will be refunded to original form of payment).
Currently, 20 of the 30 sites we are holding are spoken for but at Nov 1st I must release the sites or risk the club paying the $40 cancel fee. If you are interested in attending the rally please let us know ASAP.
*Registrations cancelled after Nov 1st may not be eligible for a full refund due to prepaid costs for the rally. Rally reservations cancelled before the deadline will incur deductions for non-refundable items (i.e. credit card fees, prepaid fees).
